• Imagine H2O presented on October 7th at the WaterSmart Innovations Conference in Las Vegas, operated by the Southern Nevada Water Agency.  The second WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition, Oct. 7-9, 2009, in Las Vegas, is the premiere venue for showcasing new water-efficiency technology; building and strengthening effective, interdisciplinary relationships and establishing your company as an international leader in innovative water efficiency technology and services. At WaterSmart Innovations, a wide range of professional sessions, workshops and technical tours – along with an extensive exhibition featuring water-saving technologies and programs from around the world – will connect attendees with the resources they need in an atmosphere of networking, collaboration and learning, to create a new wave in water efficiency. • Imagine H2O and Babson College held a mini-conference on September 18th called THE WATER EFFICIENCY STARTUP: MARKETS NEEDS, CUSTOMERS AND RESOURCES.  120 attendees had a chance to interact with experts, market leaders and customers of water efficiency products and services.  Speakers and Breakout Session Hosts Included:

• On September 19, Imagine H2O and the Young Professionals in Energy hosted a tour of the San Jose Wastewater Treatment Plant.

• The sold-out workshop THE WATER EFFICIENCY CUSTOMER: AN IDEATION WORKSHOP FOR WATER EFFICIENCY BUSINESSES was hosted by Imagine H2O and Cooley Godward Kronish LLP on August 20th, 2009. The panel of speakers included key customer groups in water, including water utilities (EBMUD), industrial water users (PG&E), and agricultural users (Sonoma County Winegrape Commission).  They answered the big questions like "What do you buy?" and "What will you buy more of?".  Thanks to everyone who participated.  To read more about the event and to share your experiences, please go to our blog. 

• The sold-out Water Entrepreneurship Workshop was hosted by Imagine H2O and Berkeley Energy and Resouce Collaborative, on May 6th, 2009 at the Cal Berkeley campus.  The event was a great success - thank you to everyone who participated! To read more about the event, click here.
