2011 Imagine H2O Wastewater Competition 

To enter Imagine H2O’s Wastewater Prize Competition, please follow the instructions below. The Imagine H2O Business Plan Competition will use the YouNoodle platform to receive submissions.

STEP 1: Join ImagineH2O's YouNoodle Group online.

1. To create your membership and profile, go to: http://younoodle.com/register and enter your name and contact information (or simply sign into YouNoodle with your existing account).

2. To join the ImagineH2O group, go to: http://www.imagineh2o.org/join.php and click the green "Join Group" button (in the upper right corner).
 

STEP 2: Review the Competition Terms to determine eligibility to participate in the competition: See Competition Terms

*Send an "intent to compete email" by November 1st to receive the entry fee discount (see Competition Terms for more details).
 

STEP 3: Pay the Entry Fee

1. Go to the Eventbrite link at http://2011prizefee.eventbrite.com
2. Pay the non-refundable entry fee. Fees are listed at the Eventbrite link. If you are unclear which fee you should pay, consult the Competition Terms.
3. Record your payment confirmation code. You will need to enter this code in the submission process.
 

STEP 4: Download a copy of the Registration Question Template

1. Use this template, to record your answers.

2. You will have to submit all of this text into the YouNoodle system, but we highly recommend saving this copy to avoid lost input online.

STEP 5: Answer all required fields outline the Registration Question Template.

1. Use this word doc to populate the fields in STEP 8.
2. Save this document for your reference.

STEP 6: Download a copy of the Executive Summary Template

1. Use this template to construct your Executive Summary, referencing the Submission Guidelines for content guidance.
2. Do not change any of the formatting from the original template. 
  

STEP 7: Compile your submission.

1. Create one document that contains your Executive Summary (using the Executive Summary Template) and each of your team member's resumes.
2. Save as a Word Doc or PDF titled: “[CompanyName]_Round1Entry”.

STEP 8: Submit your entry to Round One of the Competition. Imagine H2O will accept Executive Summary submissions through the YouNoodle Platform between noon (PDT) on September 1, 2011 and midnight (PST), November 15th, 2011. 

1. Go to the “Submit an Entry” section of the Imagine H2O competition on YouNoodle

a. Log in using your YouNoodle username and password (as created in STEP 1).
b. Go to: https://e.younoodle.com/c/imagineh2o/er/imagine_h2o_2011/submit

2. Carefully review the Competition Terms and the Submission Guidelines by clicking on the blue links in YouNoodle.

3. Fill in all of the YouNoodle Registration forms.

a. Reference your version of the “Registration Questions Template” as completed in STEP 5.

4. Check the boxes indicating that you have read and agree to the Competition Terms and Submission Guidelines.

5. Upload your submission document

a. Under Heading «Upload Your Document»
b. Click on “Select File” to browse for your documents
c. Select your team's submission document, as formatted in STEP 7.
d. A confirmation of your submission will be emailed to you.

You may now navigate back to the Imagine H2O group page. You have completed the Imagine H2O Business Plan Competition submission process for Round One.
