Climate x AI x Water Salon: Catalyzing Innovation for Water Resilience

An evening panel discussion followed by a networking reception.

Date: Wednesday, April 22

Time: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Location: AWS Builder Loft | 525 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94105

AI is driving the largest infrastructure expansion in decades. Data centers, semiconductor fabs, and new power generation are reshaping the industrial landscape. But as this buildout accelerates, one constraint is emerging as both a climate and economic risk: water.

From cooling systems to chip manufacturing to power generation, the AI economy depends on clean, reliable water, often in regions already facing scarcity. The next phase of digital growth will not be defined by compute alone, but by whether infrastructure can scale without triggering resource bottlenecks, regulatory friction, and public resistance.

Join Imagine H2O, AWS, and Xylem to connect with leaders across AI, utilities, and venture capital as we explore how to mobilize the entrepreneurial ecosystem to solve the AI water crunch. We will spotlight the key barriers and opportunities in scaling startup innovations and define what is required to transform successful pilots into enterprise-wide solutions.

Doors open at 5:30 PM, program begins at 6:00 PM.

Investing in Water: Startup Showcase & Happy Hour

A rapid-fire demo day with an expert led panel followed by a networking reception.

Date: Thursday, April 23

Time: 2:25 PM – 6:30 PM

Location: SVB Experience Center | 532 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104

Water is a high-value input to critical areas of our economy—including artificial intelligence, manufacturing, and food—while also playing a central role in addressing climate change and protecting human health. Yet despite its importance, water innovation remains significantly underfunded, often accounting for less than 3% of climate tech venture capital. This event invites investors to explore the growing opportunity in water across municipal and industrial applications, spanning different stages and market segments.

We will kick off the evening with rapid-fire pitches from the newly-selected startups of the 2026 Accelerator Cohort. Attendees will then hear from climate and water leaders on what these companies collectively signal about where the market is going, and what is actually scaling versus getting stuck. Select Imagine H2O Portfolio companies will then deliver pitches showcasing solutions across infrastructure, treatment, digital water, and industrial water management.

The evening will conclude with a networking happy hour.

Doors open at 2:15 PM, program begins at 2:30 PM.
